PAYMENT POLICY
  • For churches, businesses, schools, and government agencies, WTS offers several payment options including: cash, certified check, check by phone, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, check, money order, wire transfer, Paypal, Stretch-Pay (with a major credit card) and Open Account (with approved credit application).

  • For individuals, WTS offers the following payment options: cash, certified check, check by phone, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, check, money order, wire transfer, Paypal, Stretch-Pay (with a major credit card) and WTS Platinum Credit Card (with approved credit application).
  • A service fee of $20 will be charged per returned check.
  • Orders placed on credit are also subject to the General Terms and Conditions in the Credit Application of WTS.

SHIPPING/PICKUP POLICY

  • Shipments are F.O.B. Chattanooga, TN.
  • While WTS will do everything possible to meet acceptable delivery dates, such as may have been quoted or acknowledged by our sales representatives, these are only estimated dates of delivery. The company accepts no liability for delays in delivery.
  • Shipments made to APO's or other addresses outside the continental U.S.A. will require additional charges for shipping & handling.

  • The WTS $9.95 Flat Rate shipping policy applies only to orders with a merchandise total off less than $299.00 and meet the following criteria:
    1. The order is placed via the WTSmedia.com website.
    2. The order is purchased with a valid credit card.
    3. The order is shipped UPS ground.
    4. The destination of the order is inside the contiguous United States.
    5. This special shipping rate cannot be combined with any other discount or offer.
    6. Certain products may not qualify for the flat rate shipping (items will be marked)

  • The WTS Free shipping policy applies only to orders that meet the following criteria:
    1. The merchandise total is $299.00 or more.

THE WTS 115% LOW PRICE PROMISE

We guarantee the lowest price on everything we sell. Period. If you find a lower advertised price on the same item in stock, simply let us know and we'll gladly match it, plus give you an additional 15% of the difference (up to $50). We will beat an authorized dealer's advertised price on the identical product for sale, excluding manufacture's rebates, close-outs, bonuses, sales, liquidation or clearance items, promotional, competitor's one-of-a kind items, limited offers, taxes, typographical errors, membership or wholesale clubs, or internet auctions. Our 115% Low Price Promise applies only to authorized dealers with verifiable current ads and includes all shipping, handling and sales tax charges. Even after your WTS purchase, if you see a lower advertised price within 10 days, we'll refund 115% of the difference. We reserve the right to limit quantities. One 115% Low Price Promise per customer. Just provide verifiable proof of the lower price to claim your refund. This offer good only on all new in-the-box products of the same brand and model that are available to any other authorized dealer for the product advertised. It does not apply to competitor's one-of-a-kind or other limited quantity offer, or when a bonus or free offer (such as special financing program or manufacturer's rebate) is included in the purchase. The item must be in stock and available for purchase at that price from a company (excluding wholesale or membership clubs) who is authorized by the manufacturer to sell the product.

  • WTS Pricing: If you find a lower price in a current WTS catalog, current WTS catalog, current WTS advertisement or at WTSmedia.com, we will match the lower price. The additional 15% of the price difference does not apply.
  • Price Verification: WTS reserves the right to verify another company's product availability and price before issuing a WTS 115% Low Price Promise. Computer screenshots are not acceptable as proof of a competitor's price - the lower price must be accurate and live on a competitor's site at the time of the price-match.
  • Other Discounts: Available coupons and rebates will be deducted from the WTS price to determine a new WTS price when calculating the WTS 115% Low Price Promise.
  • Shipping and handling: When comparing our price to another company's delivery price, all applicable shipping and handling charges will be included. For example, if WTS sells Product A for $100 plus $5.00 shipping, totaling $105.00, and another authorized dealer sells Product A for $90.00 plus $18.00 shipping, totaling $108.00, the WTS 115% Low Price Promise would not apply.
  • Special Offers: If another company offers a product that comes with a free or discounted item and WTS does not carry the free or discounted item, there will be no WTS 115% Low Price Promise. For example, if another company offers a free product with the purchase of a CD printer, and the WTS price is equal to the company's price for the CD printer, there will be no WTS 115% Low Price Promise if WTS does not carry the free product being offered.
  • Quantity limits: We may limit the quantity of an item that may be elegible for a WTS 115% Low Price Promise. For example, if the other company limits the number you may buy, we may also limit the number. In addition, WTS reserves the right to limit quantites sold to a customer.
  • Does not apply to duplication or custom products.

RETURN MERCHANDISE POLICY

All returns must be made within 30 days of ship date.
Special order items, custom items, software and consumables (i.e. ink cartridges) are non-refundable. This also includes all Custom Length Cassettes Tapes (Music Master, Studio Master, Chrome Series).

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be obtained from our Customer Service department prior to shipping merchandise back to WTS. Please call 1-800-251-7228, ext 257. Returns must be in brand new condition in the original packaging. All materials such as instructions, styrofoam inserts, plastic bags and the original unfilled warranty card must be included. Returned items must be sent back to us prepaid. Returns sent COD or "shipping collect" will be refused.

After a return has been authorized by our Customer Service department:

  1. Return the item to the address given to you by our Customer Service department.
  2. Repack the item in its original carton, with all manuals and other materials such as instructions, styrofoam inserts, plastic bags and the original unfilled warranty card.
  3. The RMA number should be clearly visible on the outside of the returned merchandise. Please include a letter with the RMA number and reason for the return inside the box along with a copy of the pick ticket or invoice.
  4. The returned item must be received by WTS within two (2) weeks of the issue date for the RMA to be valid.
  5. Returns received with invalid, expired, or no RMA number on the label may be refused or subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  6. Keep your shipping records for proof of the shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise. Ship your return via UPS Ground or USPS. Please insure the package for the dollar amount of the returned merchandise. WTS is not liable for return merchandise that does not reach our Customer Service department.
  7. All returns that do not meet the terms of the WTS return policy are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee.

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE

If your shipment is damaged by the freight carrier (UPS, FED-EX, etc), please call our Customer Service department at (800) 251-7228, ext 257. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to give this information to our Customer Service Representative.

MANUFACTURER'S DEFECTS

If, within 30 days of ship date, a product appears to have a manufacturers defect, call our Customer Service department at (800) 251-7228, ext. 257 for instructions. Do not return items to us without first calling to receive instructions. If an item is to be returned to us due to manufacturers defect, you must first receive a RMA Number.

CREDITS

We will notify you via phone, mail, or e-mail of your credit or refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 14 to 21 business days of our receiving your return.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify WTSmedia.com's acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. WTSmedia.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. All orders placed over $500.00 may require additional information prior to shipment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department.

TAXES

WTSmedia.com shall automatically charge the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within Tennessee. Tennessee customers with tax exempt status, please call 1-800-251-7228, ext 257 or email customerservice@wtsmedia.com to submit the tax exempt ID # for our files. WTSmedia.com does not collect sales tax on orders shipped outside of Tennessee.

BACKORDER POLICY

Backorders are based on product availability at the time of shipment and will be filled as soon as possible, usually within 7 days.
