PAYMENT POLICY
THE WTS 115% LOW PRICE PROMISE We guarantee the lowest price on everything we sell. Period. If you find a lower advertised price on the same item in stock, simply let us know and we'll gladly match it, plus give you an additional 15% of the difference (up to $50). We will beat an authorized dealer's advertised price on the identical product for sale, excluding manufacture's rebates, close-outs, bonuses, sales, liquidation or clearance items, promotional, competitor's one-of-a kind items, limited offers, taxes, typographical errors, membership or wholesale clubs, or internet auctions. Our 115% Low Price Promise applies only to authorized dealers with verifiable current ads and includes all shipping, handling and sales tax charges. Even after your WTS purchase, if you see a lower advertised price within 10 days, we'll refund 115% of the difference. We reserve the right to limit quantities. One 115% Low Price Promise per customer. Just provide verifiable proof of the lower price to claim your refund. This offer good only on all new in-the-box products of the same brand and model that are available to any other authorized dealer for the product advertised. It does not apply to competitor's one-of-a-kind or other limited quantity offer, or when a bonus or free offer (such as special financing program or manufacturer's rebate) is included in the purchase. The item must be in stock and available for purchase at that price from a company (excluding wholesale or membership clubs) who is authorized by the manufacturer to sell the product.
All returns must be made within 30 days of ship date.
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be obtained from our Customer Service department prior to shipping merchandise back to WTS. Please call 1-800-251-7228, ext 257. Returns must be in brand new condition in the original packaging. All materials such as instructions, styrofoam inserts, plastic bags and the original unfilled warranty card must be included. Returned items must be sent back to us prepaid. Returns sent COD or "shipping collect" will be refused. After a return has been authorized by our Customer Service department:
If your shipment is damaged by the freight carrier (UPS, FED-EX, etc), please call our Customer Service department at (800) 251-7228, ext 257. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to give this information to our Customer Service Representative. If, within 30 days of ship date, a product appears to have a manufacturers defect, call our Customer Service department at (800) 251-7228, ext. 257 for instructions. Do not return items to us without first calling to receive instructions. If an item is to be returned to us due to manufacturers defect, you must first receive a RMA Number. We will notify you via phone, mail, or e-mail of your credit or refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 14 to 21 business days of our receiving your return. Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify WTSmedia.com's acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. WTSmedia.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. All orders placed over $500.00 may require additional information prior to shipment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. WTSmedia.com shall automatically charge the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within Tennessee. Tennessee customers with tax exempt status, please call 1-800-251-7228, ext 257 or email customerservice@wtsmedia.com to submit the tax exempt ID # for our files. WTSmedia.com does not collect sales tax on orders shipped outside of Tennessee. Backorders are based on product availability at the time of shipment and will be filled as soon as possible, usually within 7 days. WTS is committed to the protection of your privacy. The following statement will explain, in greater depth, WTS's Privacy Policy. When placing an online order with WTSmedia.com, the information that we collect from you, is used solely for the purpose of processing your order and servicing your account. We need your name, e-mail address, credit card billing address, contact phone number, credit card number and expiration date. This information allows us to process your order and provides us with a way to contact you, should we have a question concerning your current order. After you place an online order with WTSmedia.com, a copy of that order is sent to you via e-mail for your records. When you place an order, with WTSmedia.com, you are given the option of subscribing to the WTS newsletter, an electronic mailing list for announcing special sales and other general announcements of interest to our customers.
WTSmedia.com does not send unsolicited email, or spam. WTSmedia.com will never sell, rent or distribute your e-mail address to any other company or organization. Once you have ordered from us, or have filled out our online catalog request form, you will begin to receive our mail order catalog. We mail this catalog four times a year.
